The fertilizer rotary screener machine is a common equipment used in compound fertilizer production, which is mainly used for separating the finished product from the returned material. It can also realize the classification of the products and classify the finished products evenly. The machine adopts combined type of screen mesh, which is easy maintenance and replacement. The fertilizer rotary screener machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and stable operation, so it is the ideal equipment for compound fertilizer production.

The machine can be divided into three parts:

  1. Rack part: The whole frame of this machine are all welded by carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed the strict product qualification certification and specific process requirements, so it has achieved the using purpose of this machine.
  2. Screening part: This part adopts the combination type of screen mesh, which is installed and welded on the rolling cage of the main shaft. The power is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission wheel through the coupling. The material enters through the feed end and is continuously turned and graded in the rolling cage. The material flows out from the discharge port at the lower part, effectively separating the finished product from the return material, thereby improving work efficiency;
  3. Transmission connecting part: The motor drives pulley, V-belt and reducer to transmit power and make the driving shaft start to work. The reducer and main engine are all drove and transferred motion by axle pin type coupling, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.
